Embassy Suites by Hilton Baltimore at BWI Airport

I enjoyed every aspect of my stay here. I must admit that my favorite part was the breakfast. Top shelf. A reason to stay is the breakfast by itself. I would have gladly paid good money for it. If you like the free breakfast; this place is the gold standard!

I love this location. It's always clean and the staff is very helpful . I haven't reside at the hotel I park at this hotel when I'm traveling. I never worry about being discouraged about their shuttle services. The 24-hour shuttle services are on point!

I enjoyed the room it was clean and comfortable the breakfast buffet was wonderful and even ordering dinner at their restaurant there the food is exceptionally good.

We flew in on a Saturday and had 2 rooms at this hotel. The shuttle picked us up at Door 1 Location 6 near the baggage claim. The shuttle leaves the hotel at the top and middle of every hour. Our rooms had two beds and a separate living area with a couch and a table with 3 chairs. The rooms were clean. The TVs in one room didn’t work well but that was truly the only inconvenience. The pool was packed so we didn’t go. The evening reception was great. They had snacks and every adult could get 2 complimentary alcohol beverages. They have unlimited non alcoholic beverages. Our kids loved the Shirley Temples with lots of cherries. Shannon at the bar was fantastic. She seemed to truly enjoy her job and was very friendly. The morning shuttle took us to the airport at 6:30 am. We had to depart before breakfast so I can’t comment on it, but they said it’s a hot made to order breakfast.

Planned a conference for about 50 people. Trent C. Was amazing to work with. She kept me updated with everything going on with the room block and assured me that all of my conference attendees would be ok. Once the conference started Martine and his staff went above and beyond for us. Anything that we needed and even some things that we didn't anticipate Martine handled with grace, class, and a level of professionalism that can't be beat, and we weren't the only event that was taking place this weekend.Every conference attendee is excited about their experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for events.

The room we originally got was noisy over head it was also cold and the heater was very noisy some lamps had to have bulbs replaced we were relocated to a different floor and room which was warmer however next door they wanted to play music loudly kids were on first floor doing tic toc kinda loud our first time at this hotel really nice didnt get to eat breakfast which I understood was really nice however kids with no home training grabbing food off the buffet it was a weekend will never ever go on a weekend

Everything was perfect!! From checking in to checking out. Easy and quick. Didn’t realize there was a football game the week I took my family but it turned out so much better. We were able to sit with a few other guest and enjoy the game together in the lobby area. Also, the display of the pumpkin contest for the guest to vote was awesome.
